Tenth Amendment to Guarantee the Second?

Or Is It a Mutual Support Agreement?

The "Fast and Furious" Gunwalker mess could lead to the Federal Government proposing and imposing tighter gun regulations; perhaps attempts to ban guns all together.

Will the individual sovereign states bare the teeth of the Tenth Amendment; its invocation securing our right to bear arms?

The Second Amendment which has been referred to as the "enforcer amendment" by the late former president of the NRA, Charlton Heston, may well be the salvation of the Tenth and the rest of the Bill of Rights, The Constitution, our Freedom, and Our Liberty.

Time Will Tell...

Stop National Defense Authorization Act Section 1031 Citizen Imprisonment Law

Stop National Defense Authorization Act Section 1031 Citizen Imprisonment Law

To Congress and the President of the United States of America:

Please stop the NDAA Section 1031 Citizen Imprisonment law including the dangerously misleading Feinstein Amendment 1031(e). I am doing everything in my power to spread this petition and contact the media, my Senator, Representative, and President in the next few days before December 13, 2011. To this end, I have signed the following petition.

----------------
Stop National Defense Authorization Act Section 1031 Citizen Imprisonment Law

The President is about to sign a law that makes it so we can be imprisoned for life without evidence or a trial -- as soon as Dec. 13. This law is called NDAA Section 1031. Some people are saying he will veto it, or that the law as written has no effect for citizens, but they are terribly mistaken. Get familiar with the facts at the bottom of this petition. This video contains proof that his administration were the ones who requested citizen imprisonment:

We have only a few days to speak up before the President approves NDAA Section 1031, permitting citizen imprisonment without evidence or a trial. Congress has already passed it overwhelmingly. They were scheduled to give it to him to sign on December 9, but they delayed giving us a small window of time to quickly alert the media and each other. We need people to know the facts listed at the bottom of this petition.

If we act urgently to raise awareness among our friends, family, and colleagues, we can still prevent this. Here is what we can do:

1) Americans must know about this to stop it. Urgently spread this petition as widely as possible. Contact the media by any means available to you. In your correspondence, include the facts listed at the bottom of this petition.

2) Congress can still block the law before December 13. Write and call your Representative and Senator telling them to stop NDAA Section 1031. Again, mention the facts listed at the bottom of this petition.
- Contact your Representative at
http://writerep.house.gov/writerep/
- Contact your Senator at
http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm

3) Write and call the White House to tell the President you won't sit by and watch NDAA Section 1031 become law. http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/submit-questions-and-comments

4) Stay smart! Here's a list of the most common points of confusion. Too many journalists are still confused about these facts -- please let them know:

- The bill passed by Congress absolutely DOES NOT exempt citizens. Section 1031 reads, "A covered person under this section" includes "any person who has committed a belligerent act".

- The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) is dangerously misleading. Don't be fooled: In the text of 1031(e), "Nothing in this section shall be construed...", the only word that matters is "construed" -- the Supreme Court are the only ones with the power to construe the law. The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) permits citizens to be imprisoned without evidence or a trial forever, if the Supreme Court does not EXPLICITLY repeal 1031.

- Confusingly, Obama threatened a veto for 1032, but NOT 1031. 1032 is UNRELATED to imprisoning citizens without a trial. Obama has never suggested using a veto to stop Section 1031 citizen imprisonment. In fact, applying Section 1031 to citizens was requested by the Obama administration: See the video proof here.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PLiKvSz_wX8

Debate with a "Conservative" Concerning Ron Paul

An exchange on a Facebook page.

I am respectful of peoples privacy, so i have changed the name of my debate partner to "name-removed"

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
name-removed   posted to
Ron Paul had his A$$ handed to him ...he should drop out now

    • Sal Eaglekeeper  How is that?

    • name-removed   Was at pitiful performance in last night's debate. His vision and ideas are just like him, old and out of date

    • Sal Eaglekeeper   you prefer a more "progressive" vision then?

    • name-removed   NO, not at all, A true Conservative vision, unlike Paul'sNeoLiberal view

    • Sal Eaglekeeper   ahh.. so... which neo-con do you support... ?? You do realize that anyone of the other candidates you support will be a vote for the status quo and nothing will change.. correct?

    • Sal Eaglekeeper    And they we can just wait around for them to just pass some more UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws....

    • Sal Eaglekeeper   I can do that too.... Don't even talk about consistency:

      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kAulpWLZC2Y

    • name-removed I don't have a candidate yet, but you can be sure it won't be some brain-dead libertarian

    • Sal Eaglekeeper That is your option, and your right.. FYI, he was originally Republican, which is what he is now,.. he had once joined the libertarian party to become a 3rd party candidate because the status quo wouldn't give airtime to him and So you know... If you are happy as a "conservative" of continually trashed liberties and unconstitutional laws, and now... traitors in the Sebnate and the House voting to take away your Constitutional rights... then have at it.. pick whatever staus quo candidate you want to.. as I said.. it is your right as an American....

At least it is for now.....

    • Sal Eaglekeeper All you need for proof of Congressional treason... Just look at the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012... 93 senators, and 336 house members, all voted to let the military take you away....without charge, with trial, indefinite detention.. All they have to say is they think you are a threat to the US...

    • Sal Eaglekeeper that is.. "without trial"

    • Sal Eaglekeeper Which "braindead" policy would you like your neo-cons to maintain... the Fed? socialist implemented "capitalism"? Big Banking Control of Congressional Policy....?? Corporate Fascism... Would you like me to go on????

I am really interested on your thoughts... bring it...

NDAA 2012 and the Fed intiative to Battle Violent Extremism in the US

From NPR
"The 20-page White House strategy — entitled "Strategic Implementation Plan for Empowering Local Partners to Prevent Violent Extremism in the United States" — puts some meat on a bare-bones outline the administration released four months ago. In that August dispatch, the White House laid out broad initiatives for preventing the spread of violent extremism in the United States. That plan, just seven pages long, was criticized for being thin on details."

 From Business Insider:
Every soldier that enlists in the Army chooses a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS). Designated by a number and a letter, the 31E MOS now includes advanced responsibilities including command and control of prisoner of war and civilian internee camps.
While the civilian designation likely applies to foreign nationals in their home countries, it reads more ominously now that the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is getting nods from legislators as it makes its way through the Senate.

Treason Day (T-Day) 11/30/2011

I have decided to commemorate this memorable day in American History as T-Day.

Henceforce when I hear "T-Day" I will always remember November 30th, 2012  as Treason Day; the day our Senate deliberately tore The U.S. Constitution in half, and challenged us to do something about it.

On T-Day +3, we are seeing the opposition to this illegal bill beginning to rise among The People.

S. 1867: National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012

112th Congress: 2011-2012
Oppose 3%
Support 97%

An original bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2012 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.
Sponsor: Sen. Carl Levin [D-MI]

Status: This bill has been passed in the Senate. Next: The bill goes on to be voted on in the House. Explanation: Keep in mind that debate may be taking place on a companion bill in the House, rather than on this particular bill. [Last Updated: Dec 2, 2011 6:23AM]
